When profoundly relaxed, the mind, body and spirit are able to readjust to its homeostatic state of equilibrium.

WHAT TO EXPECT

 

The first thing that happens is a conversation about how an issue, or construct, is affecting you. You don't need to say anything about the issue itself, Tom will just ask some questions about how you feel about it, and how it is affecting you.

 

Tom will introduce you to some instruments, how they sound, and how you feel about them. You may like or dislike some instruments, and you're free to have input on what instruments Tom plays. Tom then composes and plays according to what the issue is.

 

At the end there is a debriefing time to see how you feel now. Generally it's recommended to have about 4 sessions to go through the issue.
